So, I have been diagnosed with my first UTI, which is incredibly exciting.
Pardon the TMI of this entire post.
My MD didn't say anything and I forgot to ask, but ... is it OK for DH and I to ... you know ... while I have a UTI?

I know I wouldn't even WANT to with a UTI. I don't know how you are feeling, but OMG when I get them, they are SO painful and I wouldn't even be thinking of that....

i wouldnt since some UTI's are caused from that! Thats why its important to pee after the deed. it helps prevent them. Just a FYI! lol lol

NOOOOOOOOOOOO. Dont do it! It can make it worse and you run the risk of passing it on to your DH.
Also no alcohol.

Agreeing with the other ladies. You want to keep everything as clean as possible 'down there' until you're UTI-free.

IDK from a medical standpoint. But I certainly wouldn't feel comfortable. UTI's are soooo uncomfortable in the first place.
