Vent- DH's friend's gf (sorry long)

Original post by futuremrsfab

I love dh's best friend- but I seriously hate his girlfriend- she actually played sick the day of our wedding & tried to make her bf stay home & take care of her & he was the best man!

So anyway, I put that behind me- but now they are coming over on Sunday to visit and I was planning on making meatballs & spaghetti- which is dh's friend's favorite- well he must have told her that he loved my meatballs or something because he just called to tell me that she doesnt eat meatballs.

who doesnt eat meatballs? i mean besides a vegetarian- what a wench.

so now I have to make something else for her am thinking pb&j for her!

she probally does not even know how to make a meat ball. quiz her at dinner as to what kind of cook she is. then slip the sardines in her purse.

When I spoke to dh's friend, he was almost positive that she does eat meatballs and that she's just being a b*tch.

I hate when they fight in front of us- so I just told him it was easier for me not to make them and I would make them for him another time

so her own bf is saying she is just being a biotch? thats really messed up then.

How about calling them and saying you can't do dinner anymore something else came up. Make her feel bad. Or say if they would prefer to go to a restaurant instead. After that i wouldn't want to cook anything for that c*nt

amen !

OMG first i as the gf, even if I didn't eat meatballs, would NEVER have you call to say that I don't eat it! Honestly I would suck it up! if your husbands bf wants meatballs and loves them than make it and make a salad if she doesn't eat them!!! I can't even believe that...

Exactly! Are you freakin' kidding me?! As Mima would say, 'who does that?!'. So just eat the pasta...she doesn't have to eat the meatballs. People are just crazy.

Who does that? She should just shut up and eat it. I would just squish up the meatballs and serve the meat, sauce and spaghetti. Technically they aren't meatballs anymore and I think she will get the point!

May I suggest a few sausauges to go along with those delicious meatballs. Or perhaps, she would like her spagehetti with no meat? I would not change the menu though.
