Verizon Rave

So my cell phone has officially kicked the bucket...the screen is all white...no nothing on it. I called verizon to see what its going to cost me to get a brand new phone-b/c the insurance company sends a refurbished phone and I dont want that.

So im on the phone with the customer service guy and he was SOOOOOOOOOO nice....told me the steps to go thru and that if I am not happy with the result to call HIM directly and he will get me my new phone

Im so happy-everytime I have gone to the store to deal with a problem with our phones the customer service people are RIDICULOUS, they never ever want to replace the phone blah blah balh.....Im sooo happy right now its not funny and I dont even have a working phone

I have Verizon too and I am on my third phone since I keep dropping them...

Either way, they have always replaced my phone at no cost I heart Verizon!!

SO TRUE! The Westbury store on Old Country Road is the pits. I've gone in a total of 3 times and left each time looking like this---> I hate when the employees talk in circles and your left . I've always had better experiences with Verizon via phone calls .
