Video - anyone use Duet?

My FH and I are not sure about video - he sees no need for it, I don't want to regret not having it.

I'm wondering if anyone used Duet for their pictures and/or video. They made it a point to tell me that they do not use the big camera light, that I feel is so intrusive at weddings. They told me this before I even asked, which I reassured me somewhat, but I'm wondering if they're really telling me the truth. In one of the shots in the sample video the couple looked really shiny--like there was a big light on them.
