Video problems

has anyone encountered any problems with their videos? i just recieved my raw footage and when my husband and i watched it, we noticed that his head was cut off for most of the video - not his whole head, but forehead up. is there anything that can be done? this happened in church & during reception.

WOW, you got your video back already?? (raw footage anyway)

Umm I didnt get mine back yet, but I would call the video guy and ask because I am sure you paid good money for a good video...hopefully there is something they can do.
