Video Songs

I know this has probaly been done before but what songs did everybody use in their wedding video? Anybody have any ideas what sond would work good when they show pictures from our honeymoon in hawaii

For our honeymoon pictures from Hawaii, I gave them an amazing song I heard while we were there- it's a Hawaiian version of 'Somewhere over the Rainbow' by Israel 'IZ' Kamakawiwo'ole. It's so beautiful and very Hawaiian sounding! i downloaded it (and paid for it) from an internet music downloading program.

we used 'just you and I' when they showed our pics of growing up and then dating pics. it fit really well.

I love that version of Somewhere over the Rainbow and actually heard it played in Hawaii.

I believe it was on my helicopter ride in Kauai.

We used, 'Through the Years' for our baby pics, 'Just you and I' for cocktail hour... and 'Everything I do, I do for You' for the recap... came out AWESOME!! Good luck...

I am bumping this thead , only because I am selfish and need more suggestions!! (we are meeting our photo/video this Friday and I need to have the songs ready!)

What good 'party' songs did people use for the reception/dancing part of their video?

We just received our wedding video last week and I absolutely love it!!!! They did a fantastic job and the music went wonderfully.

Ceremony Recap: This I Swear – Nick Lachey
Reception Recap: The Way You Look Tonight – Frank Sinatra
Baby pics/dating pics: What a Wonderful World – Louis Armstrong
Wrap-up Reception: Forever and For Always - Shania Twain
Honeymoon: A Beautiful Day - U2

Throughout the video itself they put in a bunch of music that goes so well. Some instrumental and others during the ceremony. During the reception it is pretty much our band.

'This could be an everlasting love'- Natalie Cole
'Beautiful Day'- U2
'Whenever I see your smiling face'- James Taylor

and our first dance song which was 'It Might Be You' by Steven Bishop.

I basically took songs from our wedding..we used Unforgettable, LOVE, In your Eyes (for growing up pics), and I believe there is some Enya on our video.
