VISTAPRINT********BEWARE

I have used vista print twice and I was all for it but then....

I had an unauthorized purchase from my debit card for Discount Fun.....

my bank Chase is disputing this for me and issuing a new card to me, they have been very helpful.

but i wanted more info as to how this happened, so i have been investigating and.......

turns out Vistaprint has been doing this for a while,
after you place your order they are saying people opted for this discount program and
vistaprint gives them your credit card information!!!!!

its a monthly service charge that is extremely hard to fight for a refund.....

so i caution all you ladies to beware of a deal that sounds to good to be true

That's terrible! I'm glad your bank is working with you on this.

Wow...I ran out of the TY cards my photog gave us and was about to order some from them....thanks for the info and sorry you are going through this!!!!!!
How did you go about investigating what happened?? Did Chase tell you?

i used every search engine and put in the company name and then i searched the phone number, that worked and turned up lots of other people with the same complaint as well

i experienced the same...thank god they sent me an email about the discout thing so i cancelled it immediately

i have been through every email from vistaprint and they say nothing of my enrollment in the cr ap of a program
( i know i am an email pack rat and keep anything in regards to online shopping)

you have to be careful when clicking things after your order is placed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i'm not saying it's entirely your fault - but if you click yes to something - that's the charge! You technically told them yes - i'd like to sign up for this....and that's the charge.

i dunno - i just know i've used Vista probably at least 50 times (for both professional and personal usage) and have never had an issue before...but i'm careful to not click those things. Someone else had that problem before and it was because she did click yes to something...

yup. sometimes they have things preclicked as well and you have to go through and make sure everything is unclicked before you hit 'ok.' it's a PITA, but the prices are good...
