waiting for hubby to WAKE UP....so we can open presents!!!!!!!!! I got bored and tried an experimental casserole. Eggs,bread, gouda, milk, butter, parm, sour cream. Will have to see how it turns out!

the eggs were insanely good----
4 Eggs 1 slice soft bread torn up 2 0z gouda cheese 2 tablespoons parmesan 2 tbsp melted butter salt,pepper, garlic powder 1 tbsp sour cream 1/2 cup milk
mix ingredients, add bread..bake in glass dish for 20-30 minutes till golden brown
way yummy

You could probably use other cheese besides gouda, right? Like swiss? It's hard like gouda ...

sure....gouda just was what we had...I'm sure chedder or even cream cheese would be good.
