Was there any one item or thing at your wedding that was very sentimental to you?

Mine was my RB pillow. My MIL made it for us and used peices of lace from my mom's veil. My mom had always wanted me to wear her wedding dress, but it just wasnt in good condition and wasnt my taste. But I wanted to incorperate her dress in some way, so this worked great, made my mom feel special, and we plan on using the pillow as a basinette pillow when we have babies.

my sixpense was my mom's from the day she got married. That was over 33 years old. It was my something borrowed. What made it even more sentinmental was my best friend used it also for her wedding in July.

My parents also made it a point to have pictures of both my grandparents are their table. Unfortunately, they could not physically be there but spiritually they were.

Also, my FG symbolized our family. Both her & I are the only girls in our entire family, so it was important for her to be there.

Jenn, your ring pillow sounded so beautiful!

For me, it was my Dad's wedding ring. My mom gave it to me as my something old. I didn't have any of the other somethings but who cares! It really made it emotional for me having my Dad's ring on my finger.

I wrapped rosary beads around my bok that my dad got at my grandpa's funeral.

My mom had a pendant made for me to wear.

Oh, I had quite a few things.

I had a picture of my Parents on their Wedding day tied to my Bo-k (they had both past away)

I had a piece of my Mothers wedding Dress tucked in my Bra (SO it would close to my heart)

I had an Irish Linen Hankerchief and a lucky Irish penny for my shoe from my God Mother.

I had 2 things:
I wore the necklace my dad gave my mom on their wedding day and a pair of antique earrings that my great grandmother gave to my grandmother who gave them to be just before she passed away and said to wear them for my wedding so she could be there with me. We were very close so they were really important to me.

I wore my grandmother's wedding band on my right hand - she passed away when I was three - but even though I was so young - I just remember loving her so much. That was very sentimental to me.
