So i wanna send out Christmas cards for our first married christmas. I took one of our engagement photos and did some photo editing... this is the picture i used.
and this is after editing. i added santa hats and snow...tee hee
so we think it's cute? or cheesy?
and what's the best site to use for photo christmas cards... i don't want to break the bank..but i want a nice quality. TIA

I love it Krystal. i don't think it's cheesy at all. I told DH I want to do one with us and our rabbit and cat. he's not going for it...yet lol

Im going to be honest. I think its a great idea and a beautiful pic..and I LOVE how you added the snowflake and the santa hats! The one thing thats bothering me, and it could just be me...the lady on the left..everyone else is faded in the background but shes not...it just looks a little odd...anyway to take her out? Again, it may just be me...otherwise I absolutely love it. And if you are looking for a good site that wont break the bank try Shutterfly.com and search for coupons!

Thank you girls!!!!! I think i am gonna do it..and I think i am gonna go with shutterfly... they do seem to be the best priced so far and right now you get 75 free labels with every 75 cards and free shipping with a code.
i see what you're saying with the lady walking ....maybe i can blurr her out..lol. but it was one of my favorite pictures..even though you couldn't see our faces...i thought it was kind of cool since we are obviously not wearing warm weather attire... lol.

I love what you did....not cheesy at all...beautiful!!! I agree with bettyb though...is there anyway to at least fade the lady on the left? That way you and DH are the only focal point!!!

I really love the pic! I would however skip the santa hats...don't think you need them at all. Its such a pretty picture and the hats take away from it.

maybe its because i just personally feel that photo xmas cards should be only sent when you are sending an updated pic of your kids.....like i would receive the card and think 'what am i supposed to do with this pic?' but that's just me...so i'm no a fan.
i think its a really cute pic and you did a great job editing....but i do think sending it as a card is lil bit cheesey. sorry--i know i'm in the minority..but this could be a cute framed pic for the holidays or even turn it into a photo ornament for your tree.
