DH says we need to start drinking more water. I always have a drink at work. I'll have coffee in the morning and then either water or crystal lite mixed in my water the rest of the day. Is having the crystal light as hydrating as drinking just plain water? Or should I try having just plain water more often?

Re: water
if you are adding crystal light to regular water I dont see why it wouldnt be just as hydrating

Re: water
I add a slice of lemon or lime to my water during the day and it is very refreshing.

Re: water
wow i wish mine would say that... we do the crystal light too; i don't really because i like plain water but I don't see why it's bad for you.
what i do is buy one of those huge water bottles - the 34 oz ones, and try to drink at least 3 a day at work. it's a lot but water's good for you. i only wish my office was closer to the ladies room.

Re: water
While trying to find out about crystal light I came across this-very interesting
I just didn't know if drinking the crystal lite was okay instead of drinking plain water. I stilldrink it plain, but sometimes I want flavor! :)

Re: water
At weight watchers they say you should have 6-8 glasses of water per day. 2-3 of those can be crystal light or decaf tea/coffee but they prefer the remainder be regular water.
I like flavored, sparkling waters sometimes. They taste like soda but have no calories or anything in them.
