We bought a house ;-)

It happened all of a sudden-- On Sunday we decided to drive by the neighborhoods we liked and followed open house signs-- we fell upon a sale by owner-- a couple had bought the house 3 years ago and completely redid the entire house-- we brought my FIL on Monday and made an offer on Tues-- I cant believe how quick it all happened--especially since we werent really looking--
I cant wait to move in (Nov 30th)--

Laura - that's terrific - what area did you settle on? I hope that we're able to have such good luck. I would really like to be in our own place before Christmas but that's not likely - still, I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

We are in Newfoundland, NJ--which is in Passaic County--only 35 miles west of where we are right now--it is all happening so fast--
Karen- dont worry it will all fall into place the way it is supposed to --

We fell upon it when we were driving around--we were just following open house signs and this one was a for sale by owner and voila!!! we took pictures the other night and I picked them up this morning and i cant stop looking at them!!!

they are going on the website!! I was even trying to figure out how to do those mini movies of each room--so i am sure next week during the inspection I will have even more to share--
I'll post when I get a chance to scan them--probably on Monday
