WE DID IT

We put in an offer on a house today and signed our lives away

It is a foreclosure so now we have to wait and see what the bank says.

Please cross your fingers and send us some house dust

Be careful!

I am in court a lot with a lot of forclosures. I dont want to freak you out but a lot of people will trash the house because they are loosing it and are bitter.

Just keep a close eye on the process.

Thanks for the advice but the house is alreay foreclosed which means the bank already owns it and the house is vacant and has been for a while.
