and it was SOOO GOOD!!!! Have a lot more left too!

hee hee ours was in my parents' freezer until a few weeks ago so we got off easy

Nope, I was worried about that after I read how some people wrapped it specially---it was kept as our hall wrapped it after the wedding--in aluminum foil with a plastic bag around that---stayed in perfect condition and tasted amazingly good! So moist and buttercream still yummy too!

That's good question, but I don't know how to wrap a cake that is all squashed. My brother sat on the box, on the way home from the RH. Dumb brother.....

Happy to hear that it was good!
I just took mine out two days ago to put it in a freezer bag and I was sooooo HAPPY to see that it looked exactly as it did on my wedding day. I am hoping the freezer bag will help it stay like that til next year!
