Wohoo ... we took 6%. Rates are on a downward trend again ... so volatile - VERY VOLATILE! But we decided to lock in at 6% - no points! Instead of waiting and seeing! I'm excited ... now we just need a closing date!

We are happy with the 6% - we missed out on the 5.88 because the seller did not sign at that point. But we can't have it all!
