We put an offer in on a house...FINAL UPDATE

What a scary process....now, we wait. We saw the house this morning, both fell in luv, and just put in the offer!

So excited/ scary/ nervous/ hopeful!

Update: We went back and forth a few times. Unfortunately there was an Open House there today and another offer came in----and the person is a friend of the seller's family. Shoot me. Their offer was at least $12K less than ours. I'll know @ 8pm. Ready to have a heart attack!

Update #2:
They accepted our offer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am jumping up and down I am so excited!!!!!!!!!

We just put in an offer on a house this weekend. Its a foreclosure so we wont hear back for a while. Its so nerve racking

ughh lucky you!!! The agent told us it could take up to 3 weeks . We put a low offer in too so we may not even be considered.

We jsut put an offer this weekend too and after a few counter offers, they accepted late last night, so I know exactly how you feel.
