I am so excited, but more worried that we won't get this house! It is perfect...exactly what we wanted and only on the market 1 day! We say it and told our agent we wanted to make and offer and we did yesterday, and now we are just waiting to here back...I am so nervous someone else has also gone and placed a bid that they will accept over ours. It's killing me! Please think happy first home thoughts for us! Here's a pic...
