DH and I found a beautiful house this weekend that we are over!!!!!!!!! We put an offer in (kinda low though!) and are staying hopeful! Oohhhh WISH US LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you so much ladies for the thoughts! I'm really hoping for some of that AMAZING LIW MAGIC!!!! So far, we haven't heard back yet. They have to get approval from the bank (since it's going into a short sale) so it might be a few days.......i'm at the edge of my seat!!!!
