We signed a contract on a house!! :)

Hi all, am so happy I had to share. DH and I signed a contract on Sunday on a beautiful new home in Derby CT. Its new construction, but its all built already. If all goes well, we could be doing the closing by mid-November And hopefully that means I can quit my job from hell then too, and relocate to Stamford or New Haven to work. I will miss NYC though...can I still come on LIW if I live in Connecticut and am already married?
