I actually just got my dress back from them today! Their service was very quick. I think I dropped the dress off at UPS in the prepaid box they sent me last week, and I already have it back! I didn't take it out of the box yet, so I don't know how it came out, but they included a sheet listing all the stains that were on the dress and how well they were able to get them out. I can just see the front of the top half of the dress through the clear window of the box, and it looks great!
