wedding cake
the Rolling Pin bakery screwed up some of the flavors of our wedding cake.
we were supposed to have marble cake - ended up with all vanilla cake.
we were supposed to have a white chocolate mousse filling and chocolate mousse filling in each tier - they gave us white choc mousse and another filling that tasted like a coffee flavored mousse (no where near as dark colored as the choc mousse should have been).
i don't know where the disconnect happened because the order was written down correctly on all the papers i saw.
do you think i should mention anything to the bakery? maybe i can get something out of it?? lol it really wasn't a big problem at all because the outside of the cake was just how we wanted it. but i just don't understand how the filling and the cake itself got mixed up.
