Yes I used them...it was easy and quick and they cleaned the dress really well, the bottom was disgusting!

I think it depends on the cleaners...I went to some places that were charging almost $300, and there were some that were as cheap as $75...but that particular cleaner also did the alterations for some of my BM's and pretty much destroyed the dress, so I don't trust them.
