Patrick's sister is in the military stationed in Italy, and is 8 months pregnant, so she couldn't fly home for our wedding. I'd like to post some of our pictures on the web so she can see them. Does anyone know of a free, EASY, site where a computer idiot like myself can put up some pictures? : )
Check out Yahoo. A friend of mine has been posting her baby pictures there.
Another site to check is Shutterfly.com I don't think they charge you to post pictures, only if you purchase them by downloading off the site. They have a Grandma's Brag Book that can be ordered that laminates pictures and puts them into a spiral bound book...
ofoto.com is also good. It`s free, you can upload them pretty easy. I guess it`s like shutterfly. Decent prices to get prints done too.
Can you go some place to have your pictures scanned and then what - I'd love to put my wedding pictures - but how do I do it??
I just went to Shutterfly and put my pictures up. It was actually very easy! I got my pictures from friends and family who emailed them to me. You could also scan pictures. There is a place on Shutterfly that tells you how to mail them your film, and I think they put the pictures up for you, but I haven't read that part yet. Go to the website and take a look... it'll probably explain it better than I did! : )
Try Kinko's - maybe you can take the photos there and have them transfer them to a CD - otherwise you'll need a scanner to put them onto your hardrive or have someone do it and e-mail them to you.
