Did you order it in Color, Black and White, or Other - please explain?

We just ordered a few 8x10s. We got an 11x14 in our package, but we got a group photo from outside the church as that one. I wanted to trade in the 11x14 if we didn't do the group shot because I just don't want photos of myself larger than 8x10 -just not for me.

16x20 after it is framed and matted in color. But the picture is very scenic. Not us full face.
In general though, I agree that I rarely think anyone should be larger than 8x10. I'm not a rockstar!

This is the proof of ours, its 16 x 20(when we framed it, we didn't leave it on the angle).
I agree, we didn't want anything TOO close up or that was too much of 'us' , so I tried to select a pic with some scenery.... I already have a bunch of wedding photos framed around the apartment, I dont want people walking in and thinking we are full our ourselves
I'm not entirely sure I love the one I picked as a portrait - but the background really does look lovely. Here is the proof of the one we picked:
We just ordered 8x10's. Any bigger and I thought it was too much. We got color and black and white.

a 20x20 was included but we cut it down to a 16x16. I feared even that would be too big. But since the picture is scenic and not really of our faces, it works beautifully:

Our package included a 16 x 20 (color) and we picked a really pretty pic from Planting Fields of Craig and I standing in front of Coe hall. It's nice because we're standing between two of the mansion's columns and you can see the beautiful landscape of the fields behind us in the distance. Since Craig wore a kilt too, it looks very regal, like we're in front of a castle or something I love that picture!
Framing it cost us only $30.00 too!!!! We went to Michaels and they had a 16 x 20 unfinished wood frame for 19.99 (complete with glass and everything), then we bought cherrywood stain and gloves - total cost to frame came to around $30.00! We were pretty proud of ourselves for that one! Once I take a pic I'll post what it looks like -it came out really nice considering I'm an amateur woodworker!

We're getting a 20x24 actually (And that doesn't include the matte and frame...) It's in color. It's a really beautiful pic--from a distance...So we won't look ginormous!

We ordered a few 8 x 10s because they there them in. My favorite is this in b & w.
We also ordered 2 color posed ones we liked--they are the smae ones our parents ordered. DH says we can't frame 3. . ., so maybe we will rotate.
Actually all 3 of these were our runners up for our thank you picture.
I LOVE the way DH looks in the picture.
This one is actually a cropped version I had on here, but the original shows more backround- we are on a bench, there are flowers behind us. That is the way it will be printed.
