wedding rsvp - words of wisdom?

I have to send back an rsvp to a wedding next month. The response has a section for 'Words of Wisdom'. I haven't come up with anything great - Any suggestions?

I've had this thing for 2 weeks! I'm generally quick to rsvp, but this is a lot of pressure...

if you keep your hands clasped together all evening, your hearts will follow for a lifetime.

Be the first to say you're sorry.

If you cant think of something, maybe use a famous quote:

I pay very little regard...to what any young person says on the subject of marriage. If they profess a disinclination for it, I only set it down that they have not yet seen the right person.
--Jane Austen

Keep your eyes wide open before marriage, half shut afterwards.
--Benjamin Franklin

To love deeply in one direction makes us more loving in all others.
Anne-Sophie Swetchine

Love is not enough. It must be the foundation, the cornerstone - but not the complete structure. It is much too pliable, too yielding.
Bette Davis (1908 - 1989)

To love and be loved is to feel the sun from both sides.
David Viscott

There is always some madness in love. But there is also always some reason in madness.

Stef, the last one *shakes head at* Who wrote that

Thats me of course

If we didnt go to bed angry sometimes, we would be very tired :D I dont like the advice of 'never' do anything - because every couple works differently. Luke and I are very stubborn - so if we are having a real brawl over something, sleeping on it usually helps us see how stupid it all is. So it is OK to go to bed angry sometimes...doesnt mean you are headed for divorce!

I used these two - previously posted by Shamma:

Being married is like having somebody permanently in your corner, it feels limitless, not limited.
Gloria Steinem, 2000, upon marrying for the first time at age 66

It is not your love that sustains the marriage, but from now on, the marriage that sustains your love.

I just saw this in a catalog-
Marriage...
is finding that special someone
you want to annoy
the rest of your life.

Ok so it's not romantic but it is a bit amusing.
