Has anyone else waited nearly a year to get their video back? I just called and they asked if i was getting a redo done... I told the guy NO im waiting for my original and my anniversary is MONDAY.. Hes like oohk ill have someone call you back.. ***!! I'm pissed, as much as i could use the money back at the moment I really want my video by my anniversary..

ours only took a little over 2 months!
oh i would call back until they give you an answer!! that seems like more than enough time to get it done!

I have to bring the music and final payment to them so I am the one holding my video up.

They said a few months ago that they updated all their editing equipment and were very behind. But said i should have it in a few weeks...

I would go up there and personally speak with their mgr and bring hell if they still don't have the video ready.

I was told 12 - 14 weeks after my wedding. I would demand a refund. Hope things work out for you!
