WEIRDEST CONVO EVER!!!

I was just washing my hands in the bathroom here at work and some chick comes in and says “I always see you in the bathroom!”

NEVER SEEN HER BEFORE! At least not that I've noticed.

Anyway, I just started laughing – because what a weird conversation starter! I said, “Oh, I drink a lot of water, so I’m always in here.” (Which is TRUE, I pee like every 30 minutes.) And she said “Me too! We are on the same schedule I guess!”

WEIRD!!!!!! Why would anyone ever start this conversation???

I guess I've had my blinders on - when I'm in the bathroom I don't like to talk to others or make eye contact because I'M IN THE BATHROOM! So I guess I just never noticed her.

I said to my co-worker that when I'm in there, I don't make eye contact or look around ... I don't want to know who is doing what in there! It is the WORST when someone I barely know tries to talk to me while I am in a stall. I just don't want to chat in the bathroom, sorry!

awe, I think your being hard on her. She might just be trying to make a work friend. She may see seeing you as an opportunity.

I personally wouldn't strike up a convo in the bathroom, but if your washing your hands its ok. I talk to people I am friends with in the bathroom during hand washing, so why not.

I don't think I am being hard on her ... I just thought it was a weird thing to say to someone ... 'I notice you all the time. In the bathroom. You are always in the bathroom.' It was perfectly friendly of her and I was friendly in return, but the way she struck up the convo (from her stall) was just weird to me.

I don't know why this made me laugh but it did - so thanks.
