I changed my name at Social Security yesterday!! It was totally painless! No one was there and I walked right up to the counter! I was in and out in 10 minutes! Just had to share cause I'm excited to officially be a new person!

I went on Wendsday and it was torture I was there for almost 2 hours but then I went to DMV and was there for 5 minutes.

Congrats! I won't be able to officially change my name til '08 because I'm completely out of days off at work!
BUT I have already changed it on things like email and I am using the new name socially.

Congratulations!!! We did mostly everything we just need to go to DMV. We save that for last!!!
