Went shopping at lunch time

Original post by MeNBobs

I spent $9 and bought three door hinges. I am so excited by this it is unreal. All of the fixtures in the bathroom and the door knob are brushed nickel but the current door hinges are gold. It was really annoying me but at 6:15 tonight all will be matching

Home Depot is a great lunch time hangout. I have never been asked if I needed help so many times I can see why Thursday night is singles night in the tool aisle.

Congrats on your purchase! Love them! I know the feeling of annoyance when things don' t match.

Gotta love Home Depot!

Hmmmmm, I've only seen them in chrome.
Have you tried Restoration Hardware ?

Yeah, I'm hoping they eventually put them out in more finishes. Thanks for looking !! I don't need a heated one but may wind up with one at last resort. BB&B has a plain one listed as Brushed Nickel...but I went to the store this weekend to find out they lied !! It's mis-named

This one is only $239

Go stay in a hotel and bring your electric drill with you.
