i just finished Middlesex, that was a great book. long, but worth it!
and now I'm reading Atonement, because I am dying to see the movie but I promised myself I'd read that book first cause I'm a nerd like that
i should be reading for school, but nahhhhhhh

Currently......Eat, Pray, Love....haven't gotten far but so far so good.
I read 'Baby Proof' on our honeymoon.....it was a good beach fluff read
I'm reading Eat, Pray, Love right now too. Good book.
But one of the best books I've read in a while...The Emperor's Children. AMAZING book!!

i just finished re-reading the end of alice by a.m. holmes. i read it about 10 years ago. it's not an easy book to take, but you will never forget it.
other good books i've read lately:
the thirteenth tale by Diane Setterfield the book of lost things by john connolley the memory keepers daughter by kim edwards
I loved Thirteenth Tale - and heard really good things about the Secret of Lost Things.
Have you read Water for Elephants? I would recommend The Girls to you - - it is SOO good!
Haven't read Water for Elephants yet, but it's on the list. Never heard of The Girls, need to look that one up!

Veronica decides to Die is really good! I read it a while ago, and finished it in 2 days. If you like Paulo Cuelho (sp?), 11 Minutes was also really good. It's his 'sex' book, but is so much more than that.

I am currently reading Lipstick Jungle. I'll figure out my next move after that.
Perhaps Shopoholic can have another baby or something? I love the Shopoholic series by Sophie Kinsella.

I just read 'My Sister's Keeper' not too long ago.
I really really liked Plain Truth, really great story. And Amish life is sooooo interesting, stuff that I never knew.
