what bank do you use?

my personal is a TD and I am getting tired of them - they post double charges and I have to constantly monitor my account

My personal checking and personal savings is in Chase and our joint checking (which is more DH's checking since I don't put anything into that) and our joint savings (this I put into) is at Captial One,

Ugh! I'm glad it's not just me. I *hate* TD Bank. I loved them when they were Commerce though!

I use USAA (my dad went to the naval academy) and honestly, it is the best bank ever!


DH uses Bank of America and we will ultimately use BofA for all of our joint banknig...once I switch my name!

Capital One Bank. I joined when I got an offer for $200 back after my first direct deposit transaction.

So far so good.

my checking is bank of america- i've had LOTS of problems with them over the years... DH can't wait for me to drop them.

we have a savings through TD, and we've never had a problem... I was going to go this weekend to close my BoA account and open a TD account....

but you girls say its a bad bank??

bleh... where else can I go?

my international account (aka linked to my Canadian $$) is HSBC who I like, and when DH and I combined I joined his Bank of America and I like them a lot too!

I used TD back home (its a Canadian bank) and its the best bank in Canada - I think they've had problems transitioning into the international arena though

I use Capital One and DH has out mortgage account at Bank of America...no problems with either so far....except Capital One takes foreverrr to post my credit card payments.

YES! i have a very old CC thru capital one (its actually linked to my dad's account hehe) but they take FOREVER to post payments its soooooooooooooo annoying!

I use Citibank for my checking and savings. I love them. No fees if you use direct deposit and keep a balance of $1500 in the account. I've never had an issue with them.

CHASE 100%...BOFA is horrible and nickle and dime you for everything. Once a bank merges with another, its a sign you should drop them, in the event of TD.

Chase. PA doesn't even have Chase bank, and we STILL use them.

DH and I use Citibank. I used to have an acct with Bank of America, ran into SOOOOOOOOOOO Many problems with them (like I write them to cancel and close an account, they don't and continue to charge monthly fees then tell me I owed $400 because they refused to close the account)


Havent had any issues with Citibank, we are happy wiht them

I am also with TD. Very disgruntled customer here. Looking at other banks at the moment.

We have HSBC. I've had them for 5 years and love them and they're global so anywhere we go/live we've got branches there.

DH and I use Capital one but I still have a checking account through Ridgewood Savings that my direct deposit goes into. I am happy with both of them.
