Re: What can help a back
It depends on what the problem is. I have serious back problems and because of their nature, nothing alleviates the pain completely, or even to the point where I'm truly comfortable. When it first started I took everything from vicodin to muscle relaxers, to even morphine. What helped with some of the pain was physical therapy. Before you do anything else, go to the doc and get checked. Also, sometimes laying down can make it worse because your muscles can stiffen up. Maybe try 20 minutes of ice, 20 minutes off, then 20 minutes hot. Aleve and other ibuprofen products are muscle relaxers and may help.
Hoep you feel better!

Re: What can help a back
I see a chiropractor once or twice a month to help me and I take Aleve when needed for my back and neck. Hope you feel better.
