We are planning a trip to the bahamas...but it is in November. I sure hope it's not hurricane season. I still have some time but I can't believe how fast these past six months have gone by.

We are hoping to go to Hawaii since we didn't go for our honeymoon. But on the day of our actual anniversary we are going to dinner at the Milleridge Inn where we got married.

Our first anniversary was this past Sunday - which this year happened to be Mother's Day. So we spent the afternoon and evening visiting our mom's. We had a special dinner on Monday night, and came home and had a piece of th top layer of our wedding cake.
We are going to Fort Lauderdale and Key West, FL for a week the last week in May. I can't wait!!
I can't believe that ours is less than 2 months away!!
I have a feeling that we will be in Spain for our anniversary (family issues)...which was where we went for our honeymoon...I can't argue though...
We were thinking af vegas, mexico or lake tahoe

I'd love to go for a long weekend down to the Caribbean or somewhere warm, but needing more time off and $$, we'll most likely stay at a quaint B&B out East - it's always beautiful there in the Fall
my parents went to SF for their HM...I'll have to find out where they stayed...
when are you guys leaving SF? maybe I'll push Tahoe into the winter for skiing

we don't really know when we're leaving. Its kind of a moving target. We're looking at October at the earliest.
I'd definitely save Tahoe for skiing! Summer's aren't warm here in the city (but you'll be coming from warm weather, so you won't really need that and once you leave the city it warms up).
What do you guys like to do? Its a beautiful area, with plenty to do: touristy stuff, artsy stuff, wine tasting, hiking, alcatraz,...to name a few. do you guys like oysters? you could picnic at the an oyster farm in Tomales Bay (I want to go this weekend, so I've got that on my mind).

Our anniversary is next month, not sure what we are going to do for the actual weekend. Thinking about a B&B in New England. But we are going to Hawaii in October - so there are limited funds! I definitely want to have dinner on our anniversary day at the Westbury Manor!

Our anniversary was in feb. president's day to be exact and that was the day of the Blizzard!! So needless to say we didn't do anything special. But it was kind of cool to be stuck in the house We're going to Turks and Caicos on Sunday - we scheduled the trip to celebrate our 1 yr anniversary -- even though it'll be 1yr and 3 months!

I told Rob that it had to be a bit special since it was our first. He planned, planned, planned and told me nothing until about April. (Our anniv is 7.2) then he said how about Thailand? Exotic enough, enuf history to ck into, people are friendly to tourists, food shouldnt be a prob and the american $$ is VERY STRONG! so thats where we went...but I said lets put it off until the fall since its always about 95 degrees!
SO, for OUR weekend we went to a smal b&B in lancaster pa. then we started toplan to take the BIG trip - and guess what?? 9/11 happened. VERY DEVESTATING...hardly can talk about that day even now.( I didnt get home that day at all.)..
so we planned it for the week following thanksgiving and it was a 2 week trip. we figured hey- we are going together- and it was an AMAZING TRIP...and CHEAP!

Since we were about to close on our home, we decided not to go away for our 1st... no $$$!!
So, we had a beautiful, romantic and yummy dinner at One if By Land, Two if By Sea and then we went home and made a baby!!!!
It was perfect!!!
