What did you do with wedding leftovers?

Ie extra favors, invitations, programs, menus etc etc? I'm trying to figure out what to do with mine...

Honestly i just put some in a scrapbook & packed the rest up with my cards & other stuff.

I kept about 5 of all the extra paper products and put the rest out for recycling and kept 2 favors for myself and DH gave the rest out at work to his clients.

some of DH and my family members took a bunch of favors, menus & yarmulkes to their friends / coworkers / otherwise. the rest is still sitting in a box at my house waiting for me to figure out where it goes.

I kept at least one of everything (matchbook, invite, thank you, etc). One day when I have time I will try and make a scrapbook!

Right now they're all still sitting in tubs in DH's office. Every day I go in there, look at the stuff and walk out. I have no idea what to do with most of it. I'll save a few programs etc but I think I just need to throw out the majority of it.

aahhh I thought you meant food!! i was going to say 'we ate them!!' haha! they packed up dinners and stuff for us!!

As far as all the other stuff.. I kept them as momento's. I plan on one day making a shadow box. Life just always seems to get in the way.

I have a huge wedding tupperware that I put everything in to be safe for now. Some things are scattered around our home as decoration here and there.

Will be put in scrapbook once I find one I like. Wine I plan to drink and then will keep one of the bottles. Any extra will be tossed. I hate clutter.

FH laughs at me when I mention making a scrapbook b/c I was making one for disney that I never finished...

this was 3 years ago lol.

I actually saved them. I put one of each thing in a box, and I did the same for DH's parents and my parents. And the almond candies I sent to Italy. We didn't have that much left over.

Hmmmmm. I sold my program, bubble, and slipper baskets, as well as the fish bowls that my matches were in. I've let people borrow the frames for my table numbers and I've also rented them out. I also let someone (Jenna) borrow my cake topper.

As for extra invites, I still have all of those, gotta go through them one day. Same goes for the leftover stuff from the bathroom baskets. I also still have about 10 favors leftover and 3 or 4 pairs of chinese slippers.

It's all taking space in my basement right now.
