What did you wear on your Sandals honeymoon?

Help! I need to start shopping for my honeymoon in February, but I don't know what the actual attire is in Sandals for dinnertime or after. We are going to Sandals St.Lucia Grande. Thanks for your help!

Re: What did you wear on your Sandals honeymoon?

We just got back from our honeymoon - Sandals St. Lucia - Golf and Spa. However, you do have access to all 3 resorts.
Advice.....
I was in my bathing suit all day. At night I wore dresses - some casual some a little dressy. Some of the resturants are casual (ladies - casual and men as well). However some resturants require men to wear slacks and a collared shirt.
Resturants: The Grande has a great resturant :Tussucini's (Dressy) Barefoot (Casual)
Golf & Spa: Kimonono's (Dressy) La Tac (Dressy) Armondo's (Casual)
The other Sandals: Marios' (Dressy)

When you get there, make reservations at the dress places - they require res. However, the other rest. do not.

For the day - Bathing suits, wraps, comfortable shorts outfits - in case you go on an excursion.
Evening - sun dresses, a couple of dresser dresses, For him - bathing suit, shorts, collared shirts, casual shirts, slacks.

The Grande is beautful!

I havent been to St. Lucia Sandals, only ANithgua and Bhamas. I agree with the last post. You want to bring dressy dresses, casual dresses, etc. That is what I saw at Bahamas when I was there. Antigua was a little mor casual.

Definitely what the second post says. I had bought shorts and t-shirts too and never wore them. Bathing suit by day, little sundresses by night.

I wore shorts and bathing suits all day too, so bring plenty of shorts.
I mostly wore sundresses, for dinner, except for the dressy restuarants, and the last night for the bon voyage party.

Re: What did you wear on your Sandals honeymoon?

We went to the Grande (you will LOVE it). For dinner some places required pants (dress or khaki will be fine). I wore capri's or a sundress to dinner. Some places are super casual, you can wear whatever you like. My favorite restaurant was Barefoot by the Sea. The tables are on the beach and they light candles at night. SOOOOOOOOO Romantic.
FM me if you want to see pics.
