Its always interesting to know what draws people together. Other than physical attraction, what is it that you and DH have in common that created an intial attraction?

we both love house music... love dancing... and love baseball.
we were both VERY involved in the club scene in the early 90s... which gave us a huge bond...
we're also very animated and goofy, we just FIT.
We also both come from very large and loving families... so family is very important to us

we love the beach, camping, the YANKEES... that's about it.. I even double checked with Vin.. He said we have f*ing nothing in common.. I guess we both have truck driver mouths too..

well, our cultures are similar, we're both scientists studying the same system, we're both home bodies, we love home-cooked food, good cocktails, and ultra modern design.... we also hate drama, so our home is a drama-free zone.
our primary difference is that I'm fairly social while DH isn't really, and I like watching TV and surfing the net, while DH plays computer games and watches movies......

We both don't really watch tv, we hate ultra trendy anything, we have no desire to fit in or try to be cool. We are both very dorky

Besides the fact that DH have always been attracted to each other, the 1 thing that really makes DH and I work is that neither of us are jealous people and enjoy spending time with our friends. DH have a lot of other things in common, but that is the one that brought us together and keeps us going strong.

Both adventurous!! WE met skydiving and as soon as I saw him I knew he was the one and I had to have him!! I immediately broke up with my boyfriend of 2 years, and we've been together since!

We have similar financial and career-related goals. We feel the same way about children. We both hold similar political views, too. We both love animals, music, working out, etc. We like similar TV shows and movies... stuff like that. I think the most important similarities for *us*, though, are the ones about our live goals, ambitions, finances, etc.
We actually have quite a bit in common!

We have almost nothing in common. We both love the beach, enjoy photography, and board games. Other than that, we're very different. I like that though, I enjoy getting a different perspective on things. It keeps me from living completely in my own world.

DH and I have very few things in common--movies, the beach, family goals, ambition. But we both think that's what makes it work--we both learn from each other and compliment each other.

Nothing wrong with that! It keeps things 'heated' if you know what I mean
actually, we usually agree..... over the years, we've each softened on our extreme political views.... me one way, and him the other... I'm proud to say I got him to lose interest in a certain falafel-y show....
