Your wedding is over, and you were not happy with a particular vendor. Are you owed anything? Shouldn't they refund you back some of the money you paid? I am so upset.

Re: What do you do after....
I think there is another post just like this on this board so you might want to search.
But for me, I had one vendor I was unhappy with but there wasnt much I could do aside from warn people about them. I knew based on how poorly they treated their customers there was no point in wasting my breath with them further.
But if your issue is breach of contract or something major, you could definitely try to get money back.
You should decide based on if you think its worth your time or aggravation.

Sorry to hear you were unhappy, I hope it didn't ruin your day . I don't know if there is anything you can do to get a refund.
Good Luck, Kelly

Re: What do you do after....
We were only unhappy about one vendor's personality, not their work, so I don't think there's anything we can do about that.
Did you mention it to them that you were unhappy at the time and what was their reaction? If so, I think you should contact them to see if they are willing to resolve it.

Re: What do you do after....
I was mildly unhappy with my florist, and very unhappy with my photographer. I spoke to both companies about it the Tuesday after the wedding (as both places were closed on Monday). The florist was wonderful and apologetic and did what he could to make up for the problems, including gift certificates to dinner at Scotto halls.
The photography studio upgraded our album a bit, but didn't deliver on several other promises they made in result of their photographer's unprofessional behavior.
Therefore, I say nice things about my florist (who really got 90% right), and not nice things about my photographer.
But really, you can sometimes get a few freebies thrown in for your trouble if you try.
