What do you miss about wedding planning?

For a while I thought it was NOTHING but I realized that I really miss looking for a dress!

I miss looking at pictures and trying different dresses on and going for fittings and hearing everyone go 'ooh, look at that dress!' lol

I miss fantasizing about my wedding day. It's weird though. I have such great, wonderful touching memories about my wedding day. But there were so many days before the wedding that I'd try to think how the day would go. No there's no more mystery. It's all replaced by the real thing. Which, in and of itself, is such a beautiful thing.

So, yes, I have to agree too...the anticipation of it...

Yes! It took a while but the missing of wedding planning does go away!

yeah, I miss that overall anticipation too.
Maybe I miss planning more than I thought

But I agree I LOVE being married!

For the 1st time last night, I started to miss it. I used to love to flip through magazing pages, or search all over here for colors, flowers, ideas etc. I don't miss the hectic schedule, but I guess the anticipation is a good way to describe it. For now, I'm really looking forward to my proofs, video and album!

I miss the little projects and crafts. I miss the hair and makeup trials. I miss imagining what DH will think of how I look on our wedding day. Now he can see all my pics from my fittings. I liked when I had a secret to keep!

I miss it all!! The anticipation, the daydreaming about what our day would be like. I miss working on DIYs with my mom and going to bridal showcases and tasting yummy food!!

I miss trying on my dress and getting excited about the day. I miss receiving RSVPs in the mail and everyone making a big fuss over us!! I miss watching everything come together and seeing our vision take shape.

Don't get me wrong, I love being married, but I really wish we could do it all over again!!!

Honestly? Nothing really.

I was the second to the last of my friends to get married (and she is very single) and therefore everyone was already past weddings while I was planning mine. So now I feel 'caught up'.

Hahaha, except they are all having babies or have had babies.....

The anticipation for sure... I feel like when we were dating I looked towards the engagement and then during the engagement I looked towards the wedding and tried to imagine how it would play out-and It felt nice having so many people ask me so many questions about details and such...and then the wedding day came and it was perfect! But 1 1/2 years of planning and YEARS of dreaming about it and it was done so quickly...

So, my short answer would be anticipation of the day

Dress shopping really made me feel like a 'bride'.

I loved looking at catering halls too!

I miss having the anticipation for 'the day'.

nope! I don't miss a thing either!
I look back on our wedding day with such beautiful memories, but I don't miss the planning whatsoever.

Nothing really!! The best time I had was the few days before the wedding, and the wedding day itself.
To much stress for me!!!

YEs thats the one. Otherwise, I miss nothing. I loved EVERY second of it but a huge part of me is glad its over. If anything, i would just wanna do that DAY again.
Dress shopping was fun too but i did find my dress rather quickly so it wasnt as though i had this long experience w/ different bridal salons etc.

I LOVE being married now and I love wearing my wedding band
