I need to change the address on my license. Do they ask for proof or anything like that?

Yup, you need your 'original' marriage license

If you're just changing your address you can bring anything that has your current address on it, like your pay stub.

If you're also changing your name then you'll need your official marriage certificate.

You can just call up & change it (if it is only your address)... they don't require any proof. But if you want a new licence with the new address, i think it is $15.00

I did it through the mail with a form they had online when I moved to my new apt. 2 years ago. I sent the $10 check and within a week and a half I had my new license with my new address.

To JUST change the address, there is a change of address form on the DMV web site that you can mail in with a $15 check to cover the cost and they'll mail you an updated license within 7-10 days!

DH is currently doing this, and I did this 1 year ago without any problems and it alleviates you from having to go to the DMV office.
