Since I am cooking x-mas dinner for the family I was wondering what everyone else is making?
I am cooking the following:
Shrimp Ceviche Prosciutto Wrapped Standing Rib Roast with Figs Loaded Mashed Potatoes Green Bean Casserole Cheesy Bread Chocolate Trifle
Oh and I am king x-mas day brunch as well:
Upside-down Banana French Toast Brown Sugar Bacon Mimosas for me only since I am the only drinker...more for me, LOL!!!

mini burgers pigs in a blanket boneless buffalo wings olives/cheeses/dried sausages and crackers mashed potato bar spinach artichoke dip pizza dip
Not sure what else to make but it's only going to be like seven of us.

DH and I put together an antipasta and my mom is bringing over a lasagna.

Since things got switched around and we wont be here for Christmas Im doing all the baking. I have made about 14 different kinds of cookies, peanutbutter cake, a lot of different kinds of chocolates and chocolate pudding pies. I had to stop from making 2 more things, I have been getting yelled at.

well christmas morning i am making a big breakfast...for 2 people with all this food lol
1.eggs with ham n cheese 2.french toast 3.bagels 4.bacon 5.sausage 6.hash browns 7.cinnamon rolls
then for dinner at my parents my sisters and i r dong lasagna
im also making a apple betty for dessert

I'm making a big fat goose egg!!!
My oven is STILL not fixed, and I'm beyond pissed. Not that we really had time this December to prepare for the holidays, but it woulda been nice to at least bake a tray of Pillsbury cut and bake cookies...and I can't even do that! I feel so useless I guess this year we're bringing the booze

Im not having Christmas my sister does this holiday. But i am making a tray of eggplant rollatini to bring to there. Love Christmas so eventually I kno wi iwll be taking over Christmas Eve. The traditional 7 fish of course!

I'm going to my mom's and she's cooking so all I'm doing is bringing some biscotti and I love to cook so feel kind of bad but she just does the meal every year for x-mas -but she does the most amazing filet mignon in the world!!! hmmmmm
