how have his allergies been the last few days? Bad?

The reason why I ask Geraldine is because one of my bestfriend's father's is a doctor, and he has been doing research on people with bad allergies and their sleeping habits, apparently he said that people with bad allergies will get sick when they don't sleep well. More so than people who do not have allergies.

So I have been telling everyone I know with allergies to get plenty of rest.

Makes Sense...he slept Bad Last night..but we Both have Been up Late the past couple of weeks.
It's Hard we our hours of work....but I am sure your BF's father suggest at least 8 hour of Sleep...so I gotta make sure we get more than our usual of 5-6 hours

And that is Not even Straight Sleep....I get up at least twice...plus our Babies (Cats) wake us up at least 2 hours before we get up.

The Most we Do get is 6 1/2...

I wish I could go to sleep & wake up to the Alarm
