I love the original Halloween, The Shining, Stephen King's IT, Cujo... some people consider Jaws a horror movie so... that I guess.

its so hard to say because horror movies are my favorite. evil dead is great because its so campy, night of the living dead is just a classic, and last house on the left just makes me feel uncomfortable but its also a great movie.

Pet Semetary is my all time scariest. I also love IT, Langoliers, The Mist (see a Stephen King Pattern? lol)I love all the Nightmare on Elm Street movies and just saw one last night that I never saw before and thought it was a interesting twist on the Freddy movies. Wes Cravens New Nightmare.
Funniest horror movie was Creepshow 1 ( I want my cake!!) and Creepshow 2 (Thanks for the ride lady)

Me, too! DH made me watch Paranormal Activity and to this day I still have to keep my ankles covered for fear that the ghosty thing is gonna grab me by the ankle and drag me out of bed like it did in the movie.
Thank goodness for my dogs, they make me feel safe.

OMG!! Remember Cats Eye!?!?!?! I haven't seen that in years. Drew Barrymore was so young!! And that troll thing that stole your breath while you were sleeping!! CRAZY!! Having flashback to before I had grey hair.

i HATE horror movies... they freak me out for DAYS...actually after seeing the 2004 version of dawn of the dead i had nightmares for almost a month.. i'm PETRIFIED of zombies.
and when the ring came out, i took the tv out of my room and slept with my bedroom door open.
yet, thats the only horror movie i actually OWN.
but yea, like i said, my BIGGEST fear in life is zombies, just saying the 'Z' word gives me the chills.... but for whatever reason, i'm drawn to those kinds of movies. dawn of the dead, night of the living dead (never saw day of the dead) 28 days later, 28 weeks later, i am legend (i know they're 'supposed' to be vampires, but they weren't)
um.. my other fear- clowns and aliens. i've never seen IT past the whole shower drain scene... and signs, i cried in the theater.
i liked scream when it came out, but to me thats more thriller than horror.
oh, wrong turn- never saw the whole thing.
wow, i'm pathetic. lol

omg, i do love the mist (most messed up ending- EVER), rose red, storm of the century... but thats cause everytime i watched them something happened.
watched rose red with my moh at her place, her younger sister and i ended up sleeping in her bed shaking, because the house next door was being fixed and at like 11:00 at night we could hear hammers and stuff.
same with storm of the century, we looked out the window and had like a foot of snow, meanwhile when the movie started it was like a dusting.
then when DH and i watched the mist, he walked me out and the fog outside was SOOO HEAVY!
