What is one song that was played at your wedding that brings you back everytime you hear it?

Besides your first dance song!

One of mine is The Anthem By Pitbull! At my reception everyone made a big circle and people were dancing in it. My parents, my sister and I were all rocking out in the middle. Such a great memory! So much fun!!!

At some point I think during dinner because when we were eating was the only time the dance floor was empty, the band played the Andre Bocelli song 'Time to Say Goodbye'. DH was just walking in from the bathroom and I was walking around mingling. We walked onto the dance floor from opposite ends of the room and started dancing. Then DH looks into my eyes and says 'It's the F***ing Catalina Wine Mixer!' I burst out laughing. Now if I hear that song it reminds me of one of hte main reasons I fell in love with DH...he can make me laugh like no other!

There was a point where one of my friends requested a DMX song... everyone was dancing but one of the few people sitting down was DH's great aunt, who had her hands over her ears.

One of my favorites was when the DH played Don't Stop Believing - first they played the old school version and morphed it into more of a dance version of it. I think every person at the wedding was dancing!

Thats so funny about Dh's great aunt! If I was at your wedding Kristen I would have defintley rocked out to DMX! I used to love him back in the day!

I think the one that takes me back most is 'I've had the time of my life'. It was the last song of the night and everyone was still on the dance floor. Our whole wedding party was in a circle dancing together, they decided to make DH try to lift me (didn't happen), and the best man was blowing bubbles from the ceremony. It was all the fun of the day in one last dance!

With my wedding, ALL the songs that they played were songs we loved loved loved anyways, so it's hard to say if just one will remind me of the wedding....when they played Iris me and DH went up and danced all by ourselves, so that was special, when they played Mr. Big -Be With You and Somebody to Love by Queen during dessert I serenaded DH like a fool like I ALWAYS do to those songs, Bon Jovi Living on a Prayer was great because that's when the entire BP and ourselves danced together (though main complaint is that the DJ waited until ver yvery end of night to play it so photo/video was already gone and couldn't capture it ).

But the one song that threw me for a loop that I thought was SO cool and will def remind me of the wedding is when they played a John Mayer live cover of Tom Petty's Free Falling. I mean, who has John Mayer, or Tom Petty for that matter, played at their wedding? Not many people at all, and I thought that was so flipping cool.

Lady Gaga's Let's Dance - it was new & everyone flooded the dance floor when it came on. That & also when the old school hip-hop rap like Tap the bottle & It takes two (which was an old school Long Beach Anthem) and Jump Around came on. I had to have that! lol The floor was jumping!!!

Whenever I hear Kanye's Stronger or Timbaland's the way I are it brings back memories!!!

The BP walked out to stronger and DH and I to Timbaland.

Wonderful Tonight by Eric Clapton it was the last song of the night. I still tear up thinking it was the last time I danced w/ DH at our wedding. I remember that moment like it was yesterday.

I literally realized this like a month ago one of the many times I was listening to this song, but I didn't want to be a creeper and say anything

For us, it was I Believe in a Thing Called Love by The Darkness. I have always loooooved this song and DH and I (and the BP) walked into it. I remember just feeling SO pumped and ready for the party to start. Every time I hear it I just grin and say to DH, 'HOW COOL IS IT that we picked this song to walk in to?????' He still thinks it's cool, too.

Billie Jean by MJ....it was my top choice on our dj list and when it came on Everyone went crazy!!!! I know EVERY word and was dancing my azz off even with that giant heavy dress lol

Shiny Happy People by REM. My dad loves that song and he came and grabbed me, plus all of our friends are huge REM fans, so they were all so into too. It was awesome.

Oh man....I would say....and don't laugh...Ice Ice Baby....my MOHs brother, who is like my brother, that is HIS song.
When we were in school he was the best dancer and when that song came on forget it. So I had my dj call him up and we had a big circle going and everyone was jumping in doing the running man and all the 90s dance moves...it was so much fun....I cant wait to see pics of that!!!!
