In our world of fears, war, horrible things I think it is important to remember everyday miracles, and the little things that make us happy. Did anything bring a smile to your face today? -walking outside and not needing my coat buttoned up to my chin and gloves on my fingers made me smile today.

well I fell in the train station this morning....slipped on some ice...that didnt make me happy. ..but what did make me happy was realizing that I didn't hurt myself (only my pride) and that I would be ok!!

I just found out that one of my most cherished friends is *finally* pregnant with her first child...after 4 and 1/2 painful years of infertility treatments. I have been crying tears of joy all afternoon!

Good question Michele!
DH told me that he really appreciates my doing certain things for us. I was calling the mortgage company, our lawyer, the seller, etc. all day and I've pretty much been handling all this. He said he doesn't want me to think that he takes me for granted, and he recognizes all that I do and thanked me for it. Very sweet of him and it was nice to hear after being frustrated all day!!

The pizza guy gave me and a co-worker free soda today! I have been going there for over 6 years..and I think this was the first time I got something like that!
(I think he was a little drunk though! Cause later he dropped my pizza trying to give it to me and he was slurring a bit.)
