What is the craziest thing you have ever done to make money:

Lets hear it!

I've done some pretty crazy stuff but I'm gonna hold off my answer for the moment

my first sales job was working for the Yellow Pages. This is about 12 years ago, Iwas living in Boston, there was a horrible blizzard, and I couldn't drive anywhere. I worked out of my apt. and in my car.
My boss told me to just cold call from this boring list all day, since I couldn't drive in the blizzard. That was way too boring. I went to Starbucks, sat by the window, and started cold calling all of the vans that drove by. All of those contractor vans with their phone numbers on them.
i'd call the number, they'd answer, and I'd say....'I just LOVE your van.......want to meet me for some coffee?

That day, I sold yellow page advertisements to a 2 roofers, a plumber, and a plowing company!

LOL!! thats great!!!

I've done the usual waitressing- TONS of it. But I guess the craziest thing was posting an ad on craigslist last spring offering to write college student's papers for them. I only did 3, but it was a little extra cash that I really needed.

You'd be surprised how picky cheating college students can be. . .they're so vague with the assignment then they get paranoid that I'm going to plagiarize off the internet..

I don't think I'll do that anymore.

hahaha...OMG when i first read the title i thought it said 'Re: What is the craziest thing you have ever done to make MONKEY'..haha...thinking you were using the term monkey for sex I started reading Future Mrs. response & was like..she called strangers?? hahaha...then i RE-READ the title.... i think i need my eyes checked!!

My friend & i ate popcorn off the ground (years ago) in a dare to win some $ does that count? haha

Okay Diane....fess up! We all know you are gonna be the winner!

I painted faces for Uncle Marty's Enchanted Parties!

I also wrote papers for $$. Terrible.

You are my hero. I love all things naughty. I am pretty sure DH dated a dom. before me. It has never been confirmed. Oddly, it intrigues me more than it upsets me.

heheheheh, that's pretty cool

I don't have anything that exciting in my past... just the standard starving grad student cr@p.... pet sitter, retail......

BUT, a good friend of mine has an interesting past.... she was the answering service for a high priced 'escort service'

That is great!

It must've been some kind of experience.

Sadly, there is nothing exciting in my resume--the normal retail, telemarketing jobs....

When I was 13 or so, a brunch of us always hung out at the Mall on Saturday's.

One time, I took one of those surveys for $5.00 & then I brought a # 2 @ McD's.

I stood on the corner of the Garden City DMV for about 3 months and tried to get people to invest in the DARE program

Funny that no one agrees with it... I wonder why?!?!

Never had any crazy jobs....Have worked with some crazy people, but thats about it
