I made honey lemon chicken. Got the recipe from HaleyandSteve. Its amazing.

here's a recipe I invented that uses ground beef... the beauty behind this one is that you can make a portion of it veg-head friendly... so you don't have to cook anything twice

2 packs sliced mushrooms
4 peppers
1 huge onion, diced
2 cans butter beans (those giant beans), drained
1 small can (about 4-6 oz) plain tomato sauce
2T ground cumin
1T oregano
1/2 T ground coriander
1T smoked paprika (found in bodegas)
1T chili powder
cayenne to taste (about 1t-1T)
salt
9 oz grated low fat cheddar/jack
1 lb ground beef

In a very hot oiled skillet (preferably cast iron), fry each veg individually (so they don't steam in their own juices). When each is done, transfer into a serving dish. I usually do shrooms, then peppers, then onion. Then, add a bit more oil, and fry beans, and transfer to bowl. Add tomato sauce and all the spices. Salt generously, since that's the only salt source for the dish.

transfer some of veggies and sauce to bowl and toss (for the veg-head). Add some cheese.

To the rest of the sauce, add the beef. When cooked through, pour over remaining veggies in bowl, and add remaining cheese and serve. Great with guac and yellow corn chips

this whole thing takes under 30 min

I haven't been there in years, but the cheesecake factory makes a ginormous salad with corn, chicken, and some peanut dressing... I forget the name of it, but it's TO DIE FOR........

welll i dont know if it was REALLY corn salad -- but it was just fresh corn that i boiled, took off the cob, and mixed with scallions, thyme, and a dash of salt!

tacos...i really hate to cook, this was last week

I made hamburgers and french fries last night...not a gourmet meal, but atleast it was quick and easy to clean up

I made a pasta salad for a BBQ this weekend, so I cooked the pasta and broccoli to throw in. Then I added bacon bits, diced chicken, tomato, and mayo.

Everyone loved it!!
