I used All Star Limos, and as far as the cars and drivers - I have no complaints. However, when we met with the OWNER, Jim told us the cars would be stocked with Alcohol and soda and neith of them were, when I called after the Wedding to get an explanation they said it probably wasn't served because it was Sunday morning, but when I booked the cars, Jim knew it was a Sunday morning. We had 17 people in one of the cars and I have to say I was a little embarrassed.

I would highly recommmend them. We used them for my Bridal Shower and Wedding.
They were stocked with liquor, mine and Len's limo also had Champagne.
The drivers were awesome, courteous and extremely helpful. I'd say they went above and beyond. Len was very impressed.
The limos themselves were spotless, and seemed very well maintained. All in all our limos were a perfect experience. (BTW, I had 5 limos, nothing was wrong w/any of them, and all 5 drivers were great)

We used them for our wedding. I thought they were ok to deal with. The only complaint I had was when driving to the church, they needed directions. To me it was the last thing I wanted to do in the limo with my mom and dad driving to the church is give road by road directions. They also took an out of the way route to my reception hall from the church. No big deal, but I was anxious to get there. Also, one of our limos didnt have alchohol in it. I never looked into that though.

I had a great experience...I never thought about the alcohol thing...but I know there was champagne in each...b/c we drank them all :)

our driver had a mapquest instructions printed out...which I was quite impressed by...

and when we started to get close to overtime teh driver very gently reminded us...

I almost used them but I was concerned because at the time of my wedding they only had one Rolls. The other one was 'in the shop' but that may not be the case now. Otherwise the cars were decent and the prices were reasonable.

When looking for Limo companies, the man we dealt with at All Star gave us the run-around. I made it clear from the start I wanted to see the Rolls Royce they had .. yet each time we went down for appointments over the course of a week or so, the car was in the shop .. and we never got a call to reschedule for another day .. the guy let us come down! When we said we 'might' stop back in the following week .. then didn't .. the guy was on the phone to us the next afternoon .. he had the nerve to want to reschedule .. and his message left me wondering .. why couldn't he use our phone number when the car was still in the shop, instead of letting us waste our time.

In our final scheduled appointment with him, we were told it was the only Rolls they had, and since it spent so much time in the shop, I was concerned .. so, that last time we actually went there, I asked what would happen if we booked it, and something went wrong our weekend .. he said we'd either get a Towncar, or they would hire out a Rolls from somewhere else. I didn't like that answer.

Not to butt in but we booked them for our wedding next november and we stopped in randomly without and apptointment and they saw us right away and had the rolls for us to look @. I hope that's not the same one that is always 'in the shop'

someone i know used them in may for their wedding and loved them. i guess it's hit or miss, but the price was right and cars were immaculate!

Sorry .. not trying to scare anyone .. we were married in Sept. 2001, and our limo shopping was done in late 2000 .. so hopefully those issues have been resolved .. and just for the record .. we did always see the same person .. so, even though the car was in the shop, which worried me, the problem with not getting a courtesy phone call was his fault .. though it did make me lose all faith in the company .. because I worried that if he was that thoughtless prior to use having signed with them, that it could only get worse once he had our commitment. But, again, that was late 2000.

And I definitely do think companies have their bad days .. however, this guy seemed to always have them when we came.

I used All Star for my wedding, and they were great. The drivers were so much help when I got to the church. I kind of freaked out when I got to the church and my driver calmed me down and gave me water. They were so nice

Here is my Wedding review - All Star Limousine Service - 631-753-1234 - www.allstarlimo.com - A+ – We worked with Debbie who was wonderful. Everything went so smooth. We had a 10 and 14 passenger limo. Plus my husband surprised me with a Rolls Royce after the ceremony. As promised the cars arrived 15 minutes early, the cars were squeaky clean with courteous drivers. John, our Rolls Royce driver was a gem and I was so shocked seeing the car when I walked out of the church I cried. Overall, they were a very pleasant company to work with.
