What kind of milk do you drink?

I dont drink milk, only use it in my coffee and i use fat-free organic milk. I tried soy for a while but I couldnt stand the taste of it in my coffee...so I went back to regular fat free milk.

i dont drink milk only for my coffee which would be 2% or lower

Drink whole milk rarely, I really only use it in my tea in the morning

1% or 2%. Sometimes I drink lactaid too.
