what kind of shoes would you wear with this dress?

what kind of shoes would you wear with this dress?

i'm wearing it to a wedding at the end of october... so it will be pretty chilly by then... can i still get away with open toed??

also - what color? the main color is brown, but there is also some teal in it.... so should i go with brown or teal? OR a totally different color that may look good?

i usually dont wear brown so im at a loss on what shoes to wear!!!

You could get away with Teal. Or you can even do a metallic color. People still wear open toe shoes in the fall so it shouldn't be a problem.

Is that black or brown that is the band part underneath the breast line I can't tell - that dress would look funny with a closed toe. I would wear the teal color or maybe the color of that band I also would consider getting a shawl to wrap around you that matches that solid color.

i would go with a metallic color. If you do teal, it might be a bit too much and then if the colors are off it will be a bit much. Brown would go too. But a gold shoe is fine. You have accents of gold throughout the dress so it would go. IF it was a solid car i would say a more popping color for shoes but with this you dont have to

I would wear either a brown or a bronze color shoe. Definitely open toed- I use the open toed rules for formal events If you get a metallic color for the shoes then u can accessorize to match.

That dress isnt meant to be worn with closed shoes i would definitly wear open toe. I think dark brown or gold would look really nice. Cute dress btw!

I would do brown shoes- you could maybe get a light brown color and you could totally get away with open toe.

I would def do a strappy gold shoe, with gold accessories...Forget the whole open/closed toe shoe 'rule'...u can ALWAYS do open with formal attire....and whatever u do DO NOT WEAR PANTY HOSE WITH OPEN toe!!!! :)

I would do a brown peep-toe! Or I dunno if that would look good...maybe strappier

Definitely wear open toe shoes-maybe gold or brown. DSW in Huntington had some HOTT assss shoes when I went today!!!

I would do a pair of gold heels that are opened toe, but closed back.
