For me, Is that life is so short. to live life the fullest and enjoy every moment!! I lost my cousin a few years back that was my age and he was like my brother. he was so young and didnt get to finish out his life I now never go to bed mad, upset or angry. I tell everyone in my life i love them because you never know!

If you don't give it your all - don't be upset when the result is less than perfect.
I often procrastinate and don't do certain things to the best of my ability for whatever reason and then still expect the result to be perfect. Well that's just not how life works.

I've learned that life seldom works out the way you planned. When things are going great, don't be unprepared for a curve ball.
NOBODY gets through life without a major crisis. Death of a loved one, specifically. Don't take people for granted. We're not here forever.

I've definitely learned how fragile the human life is, and how quickly it can (or can almost) be taken away.
I've also learned through the years that when you're counting all the points, someone has to lose. In other words, let the mistakes and the little things go...

that doctors are human too.. as scary as that is when we need them most, they aren't magicians, they want to and will always help but they don't always have the answers we need......it is a tough lesson to learn but totally true

These help me best deal with kife when certain things happen.
People are who they are. You can't change them.
Not everyone is happy for you and jealousy is a chacteristic that can remain hidden for years
Love yourself and those that truly love you, it makes you live longer
Let little things slide.
Family will do it to you first!

9-11 was my wakeup call...i used to work 2 blocks from the WTC...and DH was on a plane to LA that morning from Israel...we didn't know each other's fate until about 4pm that day...and that is the first time in my life i truly thought it might be my last day alive and was terrified i lost the love of my life....but needless to say...that experience made me realize stuff can happen anyday...anywhere...at anytime..so you might as well go out and live and enjoy life...since then i have traveled to many foreign countries...gotten a motorcycle..gone skydiving...and started chasing my dreams...
Another great lesson DH has taught me...is to accept the things i cannot change, change the things i can...and learn the difference between the two! ...this may sound familiar to some

choose your battles wisely. some things are just not worth fighting for. This is good advice for couples who just moved in together recently Also, everyday is a gift. Live everyday as if it were your last

Never take a day for granted.......
I got run over by a car and saw my life flash before me....
to this day I try to live everyday with a smile on my face & remind myself how lucky I am....I have a wonderful family....a wonderful husband....a good job.....amazing friends.....good health....what more could you ask for??
